How long does shipping take?
Tracked shipping across the US for $4.99, with delivery in 7–12 business days.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also use our order tracking page.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update or cancel it for you.
Sizing & fit
How do I know which size to get?
Use “Find my size” on the product page and choose by breed, weight or paw measurement. If your dog is between two sizes, size up.
Will they fit my big dog?
Our largest size (XXL) fits dogs up to about 77 lb.
Are they suitable for small dogs and puppies?
Yes, as long as your dog fits our size chart. For growing puppies, check the fit every few weeks.
How do I get my dog used to the boots?
Put them on indoors for a few minutes first and reward with treats. Then keep the first walks short and fun. Most dogs walk normally by walk three.
Returns & guarantees
What if I pick the wrong size?
Within 60 days, email us and we'll send the right size free. There's no need to post the old pair back. Prefer your money back? We'll refund you in full instead.
What if they don't stay on?
If the boots come off on walks in the first 60 days, email us for a full refund.
What if we lose a boot?
Our Lost Boot Guarantee covers you: email us within 12 months and we'll send a replacement boot free (up to 2 per order).
How do I start a return or exchange?

Product & care
Will they actually stay on during zoomies?
Yes. All four boots connect to a harness over your dog's back, so they can't be kicked off one by one like regular booties.
Do they grip on ice?
The anti-slip soles give grip on ice and packed snow, with extra stability for seniors.
Can I wash them?
Yes. Rinse off salt and mud after walks, hand wash with mild soap, and air dry before the next walk.
Can my dog wear them indoors or all day?
They're made for walks. Take them off when you get home and check your dog's paws after every walk.
