The short version: shipping is tracked, wrong sizes are easy to fix, nothing needs posting back, and lost boots are on us.
Shipping
- Tracked shipping on every order within the United States, for a flat $4.99.
- Delivery usually takes 7–12 business days.
- You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- We also ship to the United Kingdom, free.
Exchanges & refunds
- Wrong size: within 60 days of delivery, we'll send the right size free. You don't need to post the old pair back. Or choose a full refund instead.
- Stays-on promise: if the boots come off on walks in the first 60 days, send us a short photo or video and you get a full refund. No need to return them.

Lost Boot Guarantee
Lose a boot within 12 months of your order and we'll send a replacement boot free, up to 2 per order. Just email us your order number and which size you need.
