Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom.

Delivery costs

• United States: free tracked delivery.
• United Kingdom: free, tracked.

Any delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during peak holiday periods or because of weather or carrier delays.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order on our order tracking page.

Orders that ship in more than one package

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra delivery for this.

Customs and import charges

Your order may ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse outside your country. Prices include any duties and import taxes we're aware of; if you are ever asked to pay an unexpected import charge on delivery, contact us and we'll reimburse it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, email support@thegoodwag.com with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
